Hi guys,
I have just ported-in to Celcom this morning. After that, I can’t receive any OTP message from all websites i.e. banks and ewallets.
Tried to contact Celcom customer service but the officer said the problem should be with the service providers i.e. banks and ewallets. I’m shocked with the answer given, am I being told to contact every single one of the service providers? That’s crazy!
I have tried to look into ‘Blocked Contacts’ and also tried to switch the Sim Card to another phone but it doesn't resolved the issue. I believe the issue is not with the phone then?
Any one can help me with this issue?
