ah hey there, new k800i user here. I wonder, is there any way to reduce the heavy noise on the pictures? Any firmware to do so?

ya..seems too much noise there..maybe u can try use the macro mode..

Try check the back of your lens is it cover with dust. If not, try proceed to update the firmware. It might be firmware issue then smile.gif

it could be due to lighting problem
try snapping one shot under broad daylight
i notice that it happened to mine too at certain times
