Previously, some people used FAR Manager to extend the message inbox capacity on SE units. Don't know if it works with K800 though.

does it automatically chooses the latest firmware?

Which version of firmware is preferred?

i hav a question here, my brother in law own a K800i and its on CID 49.
he wan me to help him to update to latest firmware@CID 52.
but when i try on SUES, its show no update. i guess incompatible CDA.
so, how to update to latest firmware?
for me, i think to do like this:
-update the firmware to match the CDA using XS++.
-then update using SUES to update to CID 52.
can anybody help me????

my fren got a k800 wif R1ED001 firmware,
i thinking of upgrade the firmware using seus but seus detect the phone as EUROPE K800i & K800c,
can i still run the update? will the chinese language and writing remain?

it can detect by seus, his firmware is R1ED001 CID49, CDA102568/10 R5A,
i juz scare after update no more chinese language and input.
if after update no chinese muz reflash again?

any1 tried the whitelist calls blocking on the k800i?

Selecting 'Settings / Calls / Manage Calls / Accept Calls / Only from list' only blocks those calls whose number is present in the phonebook.
is it true? how do i block annonymous calls too?

^ yup it works but it will only blocks the numbers in your phonebook not some numbers u don't know.. any1 knows how 2 only accept calls from your phonebook?

err..no actually.
i've mentioned on my previous post that it will only block numbers in your phonebook. so if some1 called using an unknown number that's not in your phonebook, he/she can still access it. coz it happened 2 me.

i know how the function works and i know how 2 use it.. but the prob is sometimes some calls normally using house phone who is not in the list can call me.. nvm, i'll check back later..

hye guyz... 2day, my k800 went dead!!! cant even turn on.. no white screen of death.. nothing.. this happn after i charged my phone.. wun to turn it on, but darn, the fon just wont turn on.. tried checkin at howardsforum, se-nse, n blabla.. but i dun understand a thing.. wut xs++?? wut seus?? wut wotanserver?? totally noob i am.. so, can anybody here tell me with a very detail way on how can i revive my k8?? tq..

Guess what? K800i can modify to K810i. just change the casing and modify a little inside and it is totally same with K810i. Wonder if K800i can chg to K810i's software

2 days and the phone went on WSOD..

damn have to return it back and waiting for it to be fixed.. actually this is the first SE model i'm using.
