Hi everyone, any suggestion for me to choose in between Vista Sentul or The Platz Setapak?

Some agents told me that my budget below 400k is better to get Vista Sentul, as Platinum Victory's reputation is better than Kenwingston.

I saw the henge kepong's defects, really scared me! Anyone who knows about Platinum Victory's workmanship?

Vista Sentul is just beside KTM track (noise) and high tension cable

If you dont mind the HTC, train railway, indian temple, flats surrounding vista sentul, go for it. If you do, then go for Platz.

Doesn't matter for me, as long as it's within my budget 400k and location is good.

Someone PM me ytd and suggested that may be I should have a look on Sunway Avila.
What do you guys think?

Don't ask so many questions 1st. Do your own due diligence Spend 6months here every day and you will find out more what you really want and go for it. Now you only attract agents or subsales owners who eyeing on your Money.
