keyboard is standard .. for all ( PC or mac )

only that if you use it on window maybe some features might not work...

mac will sure welcome window to use this keyboard ...with the hope you might convert to mac ....

don't quite like the wireless keyboard. i prefer full size keyboard as the new wireless keyboard is similar to the macbook's keyboard. I prefer the full size keyboard with wireless capability

any shops in malaysia has stocks for the new keyboard? interested to get get...the wireless one...

any shop selling it? I hunting for it.. look nice and slim. i want to feel it..

if you see carefully at apple online store the wireless keyboard ships 4-6 weeks, i doubt you can find one at any shop right now

no dedicated num pad, let down. but who cares, not like i am an accountant

wired 1, it can use in pc
but for wirelesss, the answer is no as previous model (i think so)

Apple stuffs are always overpriced in Malaysia. I'm getting mine from Singapore and I'm using a PC. Yes it does work with PC but not the special mac keys. I have the new keyboard's predecessor and it's working superbly. I got the older keyboard from US. A good 10-20% cheaper than in Malaysia.

I was at MidValley on Sunday.

The new wired keyboard was selling in Machines for RM199.

I want the Wireless one tho...

got mine two days ago from mid-valley. if you are a member..discount $10...no wireless yet. have been using for a day now. it does need to get use to but i am enjoying it. it looks damn cool on my desk...btw...i am using it with windows notebook. so no problem whatsoever...

Ain't this new keyboard will cause some inconvenience for those who uses Windows because the INSERT key is not there?

sorry mate... i hardly use insert key so that i didn't reliaze its not there...another thing, you may want to take notice that it does not have print screen button...but its okay for me cause vista comes with a program that allow you to print screen thru the program..

EDIT: There's no 'Insert' key and there's no print screen button. Same with the old apple keyboard but you can always remap some other keys (the extra goody F13-F19) for those functions. I've remapped the printscreen button to F13 so it remains the same place as a 'normal' keyboard for PC. I've also made the volume keys work! Sweet!

The only two buttons I couldn't remap (yet) is the eject button and the 'fn' button because there is no scancode detected for them. Would love to get them working but if I can't do it, it's still a sweet keyboard anyway. I'll just remap one of the remaining 'idle' F-keys for them.

Using the new one to type now on my dell laptop! Damn sleek. I'm going to bet it would be an ass to clean though. =/ Not sure if the keys can be pried out cos they're damn shallow.

I got mine at SGD78 which is around RM179 only from Singapore. Hurray Singapore! Boo Apple Malaysia!

It's also smaller than I thought it would be. Thinner than I thought it would be. Nice to type but probably not everybody will dig this kind of touch.

i had the chance to touch this new born baby when i was walking down the street last week. it looks so sexy... but it costs aus$69 here, same price as the mighty mouse... too bad my budget doesnt allow me to buy the baby, i ended up buying a mighty mouse cuz i trashed mine not longer ago...

was told by macasia the wireless version will be here in 2-3 weeks time. can't wait.

Hi user61....how do you do the re-map? Was trying yo get the volume button to work with my itunes but i give it up after a couple of min....do you need some program to do the remapping?

wonder have this wireless version keyboard make available already in kl?...looking forward to grab one for the mac mini...
