QUOTE(tanker6558 @ Sep 9 2020, 10:17 PM) Then can backup to other online resource. Not necessarily to get someone go to client site. Plus how about backup frequency? Website content is static or linked to any database? Email server can be backed up as well offsite current server, what type is being use?

Client just want an accessible full backup of their current data (mirror data, emails ) in their “own” office. This backup server won’t go online, just for internal viewing and For data restoration/viewing purpose. They only requirement is user can access to their old emails. About the website contents, They don’t need it “active”. A backup of it contents will do. Backup frequency: one time or manually Regards, This post has been edited by tanker6558: Sep 10 2020, 08:54 AM

My client would like to have their own “offline” cpanel server for their email backup. They don’t have any PC system for it yet. Appreciate if any experts can suggest any system or quote us a full solution (subscribe cpanel, setup new system, install cpanel & WHM, backup online data and restore to this PC)... Thanks. Edit : Currently my client host their email and website at “bluehost”. Package subscribe- Shared hosting “ plus” package. This post has been edited by tanker6558: Sep 10 2020, 11:15 AM

Do you mean you just want to mirror everything to local server without public access ? Usually WHM & cPanel are used for public access as dedicated server require to pay monthly license fee, usually ppl just do a remote backup to local server (FTP) or cloud drive.

You said the client want to access their old email? I presume emails will be migrated to new server and ur client can access from both old and new server?
