I was skeptical at first and a little apprehensive because it was my honeymoon, hence I couldn't risk making a deal on such an important date, but after long discussions, I felt that it was a worth the shot. I was beyond impressed by the service provided and the constant communication, that put my initial fears at ease. The deals on offer are great, and even better if there are already publicly-available deals that are compounded.

My now-wife and I had a fantastic stay at W Hotel KL and Majestic KL. I especially recommend W KL for their service and food quality.

Definitely recommended to anyone wishing to get a better deal and upsize their next hotel stay. Only drawbacks are that timing needs to be coordinated between yourselves, and you need to be ready to pay upfront.

Me too! I was skeptical too in the early stage. However after reading your positive posting, it is more comforting. I booked Marriot Putrajaya for 3 days 2 nights staycation through Alex recently.
As per promised, i gotten these 4 items listed at below. He did all the check-in first, then i met him to collect the door card. Thump up! I definitely will book through him again.

1. Complimentary breakfast for two(2) guests
2. Space-available room upgrade to the next tier including suites
3. Complimentary lounge access for establishments with lounge
4. Early check in depending on space availability
5. Late check out up to 4pm

Anyway i hope this dispute case - https://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopic=5076551 can be settled to clear the cloud.
