Hi. I'm a guy that don't really care too much about facial. Done nothing special before just normal wash face. Of coz skin is not perfect but I'm ok with it.

Recently everyday wear mask (not sure if this is the problem) and notice sudden outbreak of acne/pimples and everything. It's alot and bad that it pops when I'm sleeping eww.

Any idea what i can do myself or go any place for wash? Prefer not those chains where say 1st visit free then 2nd visit ask u sign package few k those kind. I'm not looking for perfect skin, just don't burst when sleeping can already lol

yup facing the same problem when i started wearing mask frequently.

u hv to change mask very regularly bcos if u wear it too long, it harbours bacteria inside, hence pimples.

Firstly, your acne is around the areas covered by the face mask e.g. mouth, jaw, cheek or chin area? If it is, then most likely it's due to the face mask. There a variety of possible factors e.g. you're wearing it too long or the fabric isn't suitable for you or the mask made you irritate your skin more etc.

If you wanna avoid facial places that lures you in with cheap 1st time session but pester you to hell with their expensive packages later on, then time to learn up some basic skincare. Understand your skin condition & get a good cleanser, toner (if you like) & moisturizer (hopefully with anti-acne properties).

Yup had some extra pimples pop up after wearing mask for lengthy hours daily. Will try drinking more water and eating more fruits and veges. So far I have not yet found any products yet that helps my pimples. Maybe I might check out some Innisfree masks, heard they are pretty good

all the girls there talk very soft and polite. they will suggest and recommend you to buy skin care product if your face skin got problem but they won't push you to buy. Once you say No they will Stop and won't push or keep asking you to buy their product.
If you're regular customer and they know that you won't buy their product, in future they also won't simply ask you to buy their product.
