Picture is just black on interest location. Cannot see a single thing.

The front center of the blade is not screw such as allen key or anything? Your measuring tape is blocking

If already removed, it means it is just very tight. I remember removing even plastic one. If was so difficult to slide out until I think there is something else holding, but actually none.

Maybe you need something like this

Looks like your has no space. You just need something to slide the fan out from shaft but must evenly slide out all equally all sides. Need to push from behind the blades

Yes, industrial stuff are tight. You need bearing puller like what @Zot posted.

Else, use a pry bar. Pry from behind..

There is some gap enough to slip a scrap plywood/1x4 in between the fan blade and motor, use a hammer to tap the wood out away from motor, that should loosen the blade

Back to basic. Why you need to remove the blade? Bad motor?

I guess it is not possible to remove back grill without removing the blades first, right?

You can use same concept like in this picture

Attached Image

Since you need to pull from behind the fan assembly, you can have 2 metal rods sandwiching on the motor shaft and have long pair of bolts to pull that metal bars that sandwiched the fan shaft.

Need to improvised and make the toll. smile.gif

Good luck

Not asking you to whack the bearing out of shape rclxub.gif you have too much inertia on the shaft caused by friction of the rust inside, once you over come that it will pop out abit. Then it should be removable easily.
