Well if it was just bent pins then it wouldn't be too much of an issue, just getting the thinnest nosed pliers you can find and try to slowly bend it back.

But since you said you already broke some pins ....

Its possible to fix, you just need the right tools and a similar donor CPU.

Since there's already one pin missing, there's no harm in trying to straighten the other 2 pins. If you break them too then nothing changes, but if you manage to straighten them then you can try to pop it back in and hope the broken pin wasn't important like the other forumers have said.
