i booked a condo unit last year, SPA etc all done in last year, got discount from developer, estimate 2023 H1 complete
i just begin to have my 3rd installment this month and now there is a person want to buy my unit
what kind of matter do i need to considerate if i want to sell to him?
definitely i will get penalty from bank for early settlement (2% as per offer letter) + some admin charges
how about MRTA premium, can get refund? if MRTA premium can be refunded like 70%, i make some money
