just got the card today and i activated the cash back card...
i called cs and try to change statement cycle, but seems like affin doesnt allow customer to do so... then i try to explain again by using mbb as example, then the cs said, try to make a report for such request.... does anyone manage to change statement cycle date? |

after checking, both card got one transaction of Ann Fee Waiver on 14th Sep, which i believe is the date of cc approval.
then in red card, on 25th Sep, there is debit RM25 SST then in the same date credit RM25 SST, but in blue card dont have any SST transaction at all guess no SST for cash back card(blue card)? |

if activated only card, you cant use any card at all....
i just activated both cards, can reload into bigpay now... |

put this card on insurance auto debit or any auto debit considered as "online transaction"? and entitled for cash rebate? |
