I applied Affin signature somewhere in May or June, that time I also have very high BT outstanding (PBB and AEON), I max up my BT availability for both banks and I told the officer I have very high BT but he told me no worries because BT can be waived, I was like huh (that time maybe). I believe is true because I got my card approved with quite high CL but I just have no idea how do they know my outstanding is BT or spending. And now adding Duo Cards also not an issue anymore.

I also have no clue. I think now many ppl want their cards, so the assessment will be more strict maybe.

A gentle reminder : those who are going to branch to collect their cards, remember to check with the CS whether your phone number has been registered in their system (for OTP) or not cos mine was not even I filled up in the application form and remember apply their internet banking on the spot.

Dont think so cos my statement date is 22.

I don’t know where you see the posting date cos I couldn’t find it in the online banking. If you top up on 15, it is very likely the trx only appear on 17 or 18 (posting date) and you will missed the cb because your statement date is 16.

In my case, I top up on 19 but only appear in my online banking on 21.

Yeah. I think for those “adding” a new card should be able to get the CB this month, also depending on the statement date but for NTB I think hardly can get this month.

For my wife case, the bank approved her card on 17 and her statement date is 22 (maybe approved date + 5 days will be their standard to set the statement date). Card Delivery time + posting time I think hardly can meet 22. Actually My wife until today still haven receive the card. 😂😂😂

Actually I also very TL one, emphasize few times to send to my house, form also tick correctly and even called in to remind them. End up still send to Affin branch. No choice, so I try to collect as early as possible to meet the 22 statement date.

I also planning to change my pbb statement date.my current statement date is 14 so I am wondering if I change it to 1st. My next cash back cycle will be 1 dec or 1 Jan?
