Wow, just did my application today through the same agent that applied for my Affin VS.

Super fast as he came to my office, already prepared the forms for my signature, and did the EPF thumbprint thing. Said he'll be submitting the forms today, so I hope to receive the cards soon. Really impressed with AFFIN service.

I did mine via an Affin bank agent who came to my condo (KL) for my first application and work (PJ) for my Duo. He submitted very fast and was responsive and also did for my colleagues.

Not that I'm aware. The guy was an actual bank employee with Affin business card, uniform and thumb print terminal working at bank itself.

Oooh this is similar to my case! A few months ago when I submitted the online app, I immediately got 3 calls, with 1 even after the agent had come to my house!

Yepp. You just call and they'll tell you maximum amount you can use. Cs are super awesome.

One of the most value adding things that I encountered with the Affin BT CS is that they will patiently calculate for me and allow me to "max out" AND they will even advise on when to time the submission of the application.

During my first application, CS noticed that my application was near my statement date, so she asked if I wanted her to hold my app until the cut-off posting date, so that my instalments would only be posted in the next statement. She even had the foresight to let me know the expected timing of payments (taking into account weekends) and helped me estimate if the transfer would reach before the payment due dates. How awesome is that right?

I was really impressed by the Affin staff who did my CC applications for me. He was randomly assigned when I applied online for VS initially, but I used him for my Duo as well and subsequently recommended him to my colleagues. Always very prompt in responding arranging the visit to office / home, and keeping us updated on timeline.
