How long can i collect from the branch after approved if I set collect at mytown branch? Will be faster?

Affin bank not bad, submit complaint about branch not pick up the call as I call like 20+ time. Then cs call me and follow up. Next day call the same branch, finally got people pick up the call 👍

How to know if my eiplan application is successful or not, login to the Internet banking can see?

any know that if the eiplan installment will add into the statement balance? it seem that is not added into my statement balance.

My eiplan is approved in middle may . my jun statement not showing the installment + usage balance.
1st i thought maybe will take another month but july statement also the balance showing the usage balance only . not installment + usage balance.

installment amount. i tot the miminum payment will be installmnet amount+ usage 5% but not included.the balance installment also not include. so weird. so ok just pay the statement balance?
