Are YouTube subscription, iCloud and Apple app subscription considered auto-billing so that I can get 3% cash back?

just got my duo card and activated visa only for the 3%.

took them more than 1 month from approval until i get the card.

went to do thumb print but the staff never ask me to fill in form for online banking ended up i have to go another round just for the online banking tac.

now got offered with CIP 6 months 0% rm 15k or 80% of available credit limit.

my questions, the CIP will see which 1 ? they will give 15k or you only can take up to 80% of available credit limit? i only have limit of 8k.

if i take 80% of my available credit limit, which is 6.4k and rm 1066 installment, i just need another rm 2012 to complete the rm 3000 spending for the next 6 months right?

lastly, what you all do with the extra money ?  because i dont know what to do with it.
