Affin will be having a 1-day approval on 8 Sep (special day) for walk-in or hand-in applications.

Submitted application last Friday. Today my officer already told me my application was approved! Yay!

Card activation and set pin can be done thru phone banking.
So the entire processes can be complete without physically attend to branch

you are mixing 2 separate things.

1) card PIN can be done via phone or online banking (if already have)

2) online banking require to visit bank for pre-registration. when you register yourself (after pre-registration), you enter the card PIN to complete the registration.

Sep 18 drop by branch to apply and fill in form
Oct 2, CC application approved
Oct 7, collect my CC from branch
Oct 9, go to branch apply for online account (cause online application perlu apply offline fill in form zzz)

Also applied for cash withdrawal 0% interest, Max RM15k or 80% from credit limit whichever lower

I just applied for EIPlan (easy instalment) of 12 months at 0%.
I honestly think Affin card is the best value card lately with its offers of cash-on-all, balance transfer and instalment payment plan all at 0% for new card holders, and up to 12 months after card approval.

it almost time to say goodbye to affin duo n bhp.....

there are few other card that provide 4-5% cashback instead of 3%
just the cap80 is better than other card.....
with now cap at 50, i guess it much better to go for other option....
