Usually they take around a week to make decision. If you feel that you have been waiting too long, you can kinda "nudge" them by just giving them a call and request an update on your application status.

Affin website would be easier to apply.
They will send you an email, and you just need to reply it by uploading the necessary documents. Of course, the freebies are better if you apply through RinggitPlus |
