Can I get cash back if use the card to sign the auto debit for monthly insurance fees?

I just walked in to branch, the visa signature looks like a good deal too, 3 % contactless cash back for all excluding government and charity transaction, submitted my application for this and also Duo.

That's minimum amount RM30 per transaction for PB, even is not a lot but still a limitation to me.

Applied on 30 September and received the duo card today, but the contact less card didn't receive.. don't know why not sent together.
Anyone successfully to activate only 1 card? Workable?

Questions about the contact less card, if I tap the card for above RM250 transaction with pin input, am I entitle for cash back?

I request the shop to split my 2k transaction to 8 times for the contactless card due to the maximum amount limitation.

After 3 times use for the wave, the card will block automatically, then the 4 times I need to use pin to activate back, so the concept is 3 times wave and 1 time pin keep repeating.

Yes I call the customer service and they suggested me to split the bills, then I found this 3+1 issue.

Won't take me a lot of time because only 2 times pin require for 2k bills..as long the shop don't mind.

I even received bank call after to check why so many duplicate transactions...

Please take note this only applicable when you repeat the transaction at the same shop and at the same time.

Normal situation, that's no need to reset on every 3 times.
