The auto billing cashback also work for insurance payment? I have few AIA insurance plan which can set to auto billing on their website.

I tried to apply this credit card via their website. Already sent every documents they requested and there's no update from them for 2 weeks. Is it normal?

Is the autobilling for utility like TNB, TIME fiber and Hotlink Postpaid eligible for the 3% cashback? From TS post seems like it only applicable to Insurance
