Can it be both if the given credit limit sufficient?

Yesterday applied for Affin Duo card at Affin Islamic SS2. After waited for like 10 minutes only being served yet there is no other customer for card application.

After filled up the form, she told me need 24 working days which I think is long as I wish to apply the BT and CIP which will expire end Dec. Any other methods to expedite it? Apply from HQ? Or any other agents to recommend to me?

Yesterday received a call around 7.30pm asking for verification and ask for HR contact to verify employment status. I've been having credit cards for like 10 plus years this is the first time I've been request for HR verification.

Some more now CMCO most of the HR person is working from home. Then she ask for HR email. So mafan, if not because of the credit card benefits I might pull the plug and ask to cancel application

I received the card today as well but haven't activate it yet. The RM25 SST not automatically waived for reward master?

This is BigPay maximum top up kept to RM1,000 per month. Not issue from Affin

With the revision, probably I want to cancel the card. But I still have the Cash-on-call and BT outstanding.

Did anyone tried to clear all outstanding before cancel the card before? It is not shown in the statement so I guess I need call them to clear then only cancel?

What is the email for cash on call and any form to fill in?

Please update if able to offset SST or not. If able to maybe I will continue use or apply CIP again. If not probably will cancel card

I will wait you guys to confirm if SST can be offset or not first before I commit to another 12 months BT. Of course one can argue the money save from money deposit elsewhere or rebate 3% if maximise is much beneficial.

But my usage is not that high and I can live without it

Just to confirm, if my previous balance is more than RM3K but is all from BT/CIP then this new statement I spend RM2667 i still can get RM80 rebate right?

Is it me or affin bank checking transaction seems weird. I can't trace all my transaction history

Only for new-to-bank card holder only right? Which is less than 1 year from approved date? Mine already about 16 months already would not be entitled for it right?

Seems like there is 0% BT for affin bank for existing card members. Anyone has experience how long they process?

Is it each bank RM5K for 12 months or i can combined few cards into RM5K min for 12 months BT?

Only 1 time which I regret didn't fully utilize it as i overlook only 1 time

can swipe under Affin and convert to 12 months installment

Affin Bank is the only bank thus far (i don't do often) where I can't waive finance charges even my payment was only 1 day after due date.

Cite my good payment record also can't. I've tried with Maybank and Public Bank before thus far no issues.

Just a heads up to the rest in case any of you overlook in paying even if 1 day.
