* Cash Back is limited to RM80 per month (equivalent to RM960 a year), excluding government services and charity transactions.

Any idea where can I find the MCC for the excluded government services?

I intend to pay for IPTA course fee, obtained CB if under PBB.
*
call PBB to get MCC in your previous transaction

SC JOP is your another choice, you can spend RM2100 regardless of MCC (including Government MCC).

Another experiment...
6 months later if not activated, will Duo MasterCard account go disappeared, ie terminated by system automatically?
If Duo MasterCard is terminated by the system automatically, will Duo Visa be still functioning well?

For the internet banking application not really need to go bank.
Some officer can accept the submission via email.
*
good to know that. so i assume the applicant needs ask the officer to send the form via email first, fill up , sign, scan and send back.

anyway, for the card activation, i need to go to the ATM to key in the temporary PIN (from SMS, upon activation) and reset the PIN number.
i'm not sure if this can be done online as well. if not, then.... still need to go to the Branch.

for me, for the same visit to the bank, i collected, activated, re-set PIN and apply for Internet banking. Settle.

Will they send an sms or email or something if they reject the application? so far only saw people receiving sms for approval
*
For my case, I didn't receive any sms/email for approval. I found out my application status through AFFIN IVR.

Card activation and set pin can be done thru phone banking.
So the entire processes can be complete without physically attend to branch

Has anyone ever got a reply from cardservices@affinbank.com.my? Actual reply, not automated.

I called CS to reduce credit limit but it needs to be done via email.
