I take back my words. The cards looks cool in real life. Particularly like the glittering red and blue section.

Yes, please check how many cards are approved after this. I think probably mine is 1/1000 cases. laugh.gif Even the agent and CS cannot explain as well, how can it happen. laugh.gif

I had the same case with you Fruitie. VS approved but Duo missing.
I went to branch to submit both in 2 separate forms.
So probability is 2/1000 now.
*
Let's make that 3/1000 doh.gif Got the VS approved but not the duo despite sending 2 different application form and 2 diff set of EPF print out.
Might even be a SOP for them not to approve 2 cards if apply together. Who knows? Ask the agent why, she also cannot answer. Ask me to fill the additional card form.

Now got to wait another few weeks for the duo.

Are YouTube subscription, iCloud and Apple app subscription considered auto-billing so that I can get 3% cash back?

In other words, the SST cashback is to entice you to activate the rewards card. Smart of them

If we breakdown the sst for two cards for the first year is RM 12.50 per card right since cashback card is compulsory to pay for sst. Anyone knows this sst rebate for reward card is for first year only or it would be extended?

The problem is the entire application went missing.
I think the approver tends to ignore/delete 2nd application on same day.
Such a strange process!

After reading what happened here, I also didn't bother to query anymore. Accepted that it's the way how Affin works laugh.gif

Need to wait the next day. The officer specifically told me this.

I am not sure if can change the pin by call or online, so if you go to the branch to register online banking, go to the atm to change pin as well.

Online banking is easy once you know how to do it.

You get your credit card, then activate it.
From there, go to Affin ATM and change pin number of the card.
Go back to branch/bank and tell them to set you for online banking.

(I thought I could do my own online banking after I changed my pin at ATM. But there is a section asking for TAC, and I could not proceed further as the Online Website did not capture my activated card. When I called back the customer service, they said the next step is to actually go back to bank to register for Online banking after the pin number has been changed at ATM.)

This is based on my experience. Not sure if others face similar methods to get to online banking. But overall good customer service experience.

urgency is to use the card first to get cashback biggrin.gif so, set the pin from call is faster

then take your time to visit branch to register online banking access

When I went to the branch to do online banking, they told me to change my PIN at atm machine first. Since there is ATM machine at the branch, no issues for me.
