some successful case is call in request card termination and reason being SST charged, very rare occasion they will offer rebate in this way.
but sometimes they will cancel your card straightaway

my May statement receive cashback for the Nirvana installment... which will be the last transactions as i already move my auto debit to Alliance Bank card.. but, i notice that we can also pay the installment in advance via the My Nirvana app, that one should be treated as "Online" transaction for Affin..

Hmm.. Will check my next statement, hopefully got as I don't have other cards for auto debit. If we pay in advance, they will still perform auto debit, right? as its automated by the system

i'm not sure, let's see if they autodebit again.. coz if insurance, if i pay advance, then, they wont autodebit for that month...

Yes, UI and interface are nicer than Affin Always

I reloaded RM 3k into ShopeePay and called to convert to 0% 12 months. I wanted 6 months, but they only had 12 months for me. I was pleasantly surprised to get a cash back for this RM 3k.

Don't understand why they cannot replace the old app with new app directly as upgrade. Need to redownload the new app as standalone.
