how can future status (posting) be known when the action (merchant settle) not performed yet for current state (unbilled)?

i still dont understand what you're trying to ask biggrin.gif

1) "not yet appearing in statement" = unbilled transaction. right?

2) also, how/where do you view unbilled transaction in affin app/portal?

3) posted date only exist when merchant settled/claimed the unbilled transaction.
*
For example, 1st is PBB and 2nd is HLB where you can see the posting and transaction date. Both will only appear in the next statement cycle. While for the 3rd one is Affin where only transaction date is show biggrin.gif

don't trust their CS.
they did assure me no SST RM25 too since i had requested to cancel the card.
later i found out RM25 SST charged to my upcoming statement of the cancelled card.
ranting.gif  ranting.gif

after call them again to scold, only they waive the RM25 SST realizing is their mistake.
we need to follow up closely.

the reason given by their CS is even more hilarious.
they say due to high workload, they not yet process the cancellation of card yet.. whistling.gif  whistling.gif

check eccris if the card is really terminated

"Earn 3% cashback each time you spend on E-Commerce/Online, E-Wallet Reloads/Transactions and Auto-billing, capped monthly up to RM50 depending on your previous balance amount stated in your credit card statement. If your previous balance amount hits RM3,000 and above, you'll get a monthly cap of RM50 but if the amount is below RM3,000, you'll get a monthly cap of RM30 instead."

From Ringgit Plus website, what does the previous balance of RM3000 means? Does that means I must maintain a RM3000 outstanding balance?
*
Outstanding amount of your past month statement

Like that must remember to settle off the balance 1 day after the monthly statement, else will incur RM 1.22 daily interest (assume at 15%)
*
No, pay statement balance before due date, same as other cards

I'm a bit confuse about the cashback category, does it mean that if I spend RM1k on auto billing, I get RM30 cb, spend another RM1K on ewallet, get RM30 cashback, so my total cashback will be RM60?

No, the cap is shared by all catogeries. The table is confusing.

-------
3% Cash Back* with AFFIN DUO Visa Cash Back

e-Commerce/Online Transactions
eWallet Reloads/Transactions
Auto-Billing

Cash back is capped at up to RM50 per month with following Previous Balance in AFFIN DUO Visa Cash Back credit card statement:

Up to RM50 for card account with previous balance of RM3,000 and above

Up to RM30 for card account with previous balance of below RM3,000

Note: Maximum cash back earned from e-Wallet transactions is at RM30 per month for the above two (2) conditions.

For July statement, you spent just around RM1117.5, 3% is RM36.87

For June statement, your previous balance is less than RM3000

No, you spent 1117.50 only, right? Assuming all get 3%, it is only RM36.87

hmm.. so when will get cash rebate for 3k+ spending?
thought cash rebate calculated based on previous spending/statement?
*
Previous statement balance determines the capping whether RM30 or RM50.

To get RM50, you need to have your previous month balance >RM3000. The cashback is calculated from your eligible spending for current month

So in your case, you didnt get max CB in June because your ptevious month balance (May) is less than RM3000.

You are eligible for max CB RM50 in July, but your spending is only RM1117.50

oo..
then figure correct..
(1127.79+34.90)x3% = 34.88 = 34.90

Just FYi, since your July balance is less than RM3000, your max CB quota for Aug is only RM30

quick question. I searched and apparently we can earn CB topping up Setel ewallet, but that post was in 2022, wonder if there is any changes. So Setel still can right?

Or do I have to top-up Shopeepay and then reload Setel via shopeepay? Reason for doing that is my shopee account is UNVERIFIED and they are notorious for banning accounts, so not taking the chance of having too much money inside tongue.gif

Still getting CB for direct setel top up using visa duo in last statement
