I have a few pending issues unsolved with Affin (one is my fault, one isn't)

1) has anyone got the refund for the fraud transaction? it has been 4 months since it was recorded. i know they say 6 months but still

2) has anyone successfully gotten finance and late payment charge reversed? i genuinely forgot to pay, and called in to ask for waiver but still havent receive (kena on November statement for october late payment, but december statement havent reverse).

sadly possibly still yes, after 2 years of affin card got attention, seems like no change in this process.

I dunno why i keep forgetting to pay my affin cards. This is like 2nd or 3rd time happening to me. Then the SMS always sent 6 days after due date. By then, die liao.

It's generally possible to lower down the credit limit of your card.

There are others who have received the email in the past. Nothing new. I think the email quite self explanatory...

Recently no, about a year ago yes. Just call affin to ask for new card. That'a what i got.

The fraud amount will be on hold awhile. Affin takes awhile to refund it. About 2 months if i recall.

Highly unlikely to get promo for applying affin duo.

When i called to cancel the affin CS say i will receive the confirmation sms or something within 14 working days. Technically only 10 working days have passed though it has been 2 weeks.

I cannot login affin online banking due to inactivity for the past few months.
