I just came back from Seapark PJ branch and at first the lady also seems clueless and asked me to try first time login. Obviously, it didn't work and showing this error as well: "FAILED TO RETRIEVED RECORD (.B01)". I showed her and she finally understood and asked for my NRIC no., card no. and mobile phone no. Then, she jot down a series of numbers generated from the system and went into the office for 1 minute with my card... Came out and told me to try again to first time login, then I managed to do it. Registered an account and I can login now but showing 0 credit cards on the dashboard. Like what cybpsych said it needs one day to refresh the profile, so I don't mind but she showed me from her laptop, 3 credit cards are already visible under my account.

I guess it is fine now for my case. Will wait for it to link all my CCs soon. Old fashioned bank.

She didn't request for my NRIC and take thumb print verification. Seems like no SOP.

went to the small branch at bukit baru. i was the 1st there, not many officers but also not many ppl.

yup, very old school. have to sign a form addressed to the branch manager to open internet banking. I mean like what era are we at now. lol.

Affin branch called back (after complaining multiple times) to ask me wait till this Friday before calling to replace (expedited process).

Staff asked whether i chose Courier or Normal Mail. Told the staff, i use the Add Card form, no option to choose delivery method. Didnt even know the application form got Courier option!

Staff said HQ received 7xx+ returned packages from courier due to owner not available.

no idea if his info correct. but returned mail is quite normal.

expedited process means branch to pressure hq to prioritize printing and send to branch ASAP. no point waiting for mail delivery.

best part is, my other principal received the card with exact address. so, it's not location issue. very likely missing or misdelivered. obviously no way to track either.

If we breakdown the sst for two cards for the first year is RM 12.50 per card right since cashback card is compulsory to pay for sst. Anyone knows this sst rebate for reward card is for first year only or it would be extended?

i have used my card to topup ewallet this afternoon, i google the number and i saw from whoscallme ppl say it might be scam 

for me, the person called for verification during application process.

Normally how long the card will arrive after being approved? not KL selangor state.

Will they send an sms or email or something if they reject the application? so far only saw people receiving sms for approval
