i applied using the eform, that is for duo card only. If you are worried, cross your IC and EPF documents upon submission.
Mine appear at CCRIS after 2 days. Approval status at IVR after 3 days.

i called last week to ask for waiver
she asked me to swipe first since i haven't use it
today i called another cs said already marked in the system
he said already marked in system after 3 months will rebate back
now have to pay first

Applied through kepong branch on 1/9. Called customer service today (after 14 days) said information mismatched. Call bank itself phone not answered 😞

how much rebate expecting? rm25 or rm30?

Interesting to know that. I called they said noway to rebate except using points. Now i would like to try and call again.

I applied on 8/9 till today nothing on my eccris and IVR say no matching record. I guess it could be our application was not submitted and entered into the system. The agent is checking for me now.

I applied thru Eform this morning. Got a call few hours later from local branch to go over the branch to verify n submit documents. Up to now , it is fast and efficient.
Was told by the officer that my form will b submitted to HQ this thursday as they have “24 hours approval campaign” on that day.
Let s see how.

Will we always get an SMS for application approval? I didn't get any but I check my CCRIS application is under Approved by FI.

I didn’t get any sms for successful application. The sales staff who handled my application WhatsApp to inform.

no tracking number because they are not using poslaju, just normal pos snail mail.

but at least they can tell if it's sent via mail or redirect to branch. mine last checked, still went for delivery.

if this is your 1st card, there is a chance hq would redirect to branch (happened to my 1st card during MCO, eventhough i specifically requested to send to mail).
