Affin didn't charge you SST in 2021 so it didn't comply with Kastam's rule, maybe already kena fined. Now rectify it.

GST is charged on Annual Fee, by %, not fixed amount.
So if you swipe 12x a year and AF = RM0.00, GST = RM0.00.
If card remains unactivated, AF = RM75, if GST @ 6% then GST = RM4.50.

i am new to duo, just got my card on 20Oct, but i already gotten first billing statement today (24Oct). However, i din see any cash back rebate in the statement, how's the calculation ya?

Cs told me is due the posting date is same as the billing cycle date, hence I din get the CB. Will count in next mth billing.
I asked why bill me but no cash back? She still repeat the same answer as above. So let's see next billing.

Hi guys, I just get my Affin Duo Card today. Would like to ask, for Touch N Go reload using Cashback visa, should I manually type the card number and don't save each time doing reload to get the cashback?

2nd, if pay TNB Bill via myTNB apps, is it consider online transaction ?
and last, i tried to setup online banking using the credit card but keep on prompt error "Failed to retrieve record (.B01) which mention in 1st page here. But before i left the branch, the customer service say after activate the card and setup pin, then can register the online banking with the credit card.

Anything i miss out ?

is duo card can activate one card, will sst charges for subsequent year? any possible cancel 1 card?

I gave my Duo Visa card. I didn't have my Duo MC brought out with me so impossible I can show them the Duo MC.
My question is do anyone have Duo MC not activated that managed to get the online banking activated?

I'm just afraid they are linked and if one card is not activated, both can't be registered to the online banking.

for duo card i remember initial apply 3 years annual waiver, any1 already come to the end of 3 years and manage to get annual fees waiver ? haha
