Depends on the type of tiering. Different tier gives different cashback percentage is not so good. This is practiced by most of the tiering based cards. Different tiering gives different cashback cap but maintain the cashback percentage is still acceptable, at least to me la.

Any difference from the previous one apart from the change in effective date? The outstanding cut off is statement date? Still not clearly defined.

Actually with the recent acquisition of PB Visa Islamic, I have been using this Duo Visa sparsely and only maxed the CB 2-3 occasions. So not too affected but the early revision does not augur well.
