I have questions about the Affin Mastercard Duo.

It's mentioned "Annual fee waiver 3 years".

A) So it means I'm not need swipe 12 times, it will auto waiver for annual fee? (Because it's already mentioned in terms of 3 year waiver of Annual fee)

B) After 3 years annual fee will be charge annual fee but if you swipe 12 times, it will waived annual fee again until further notice

C) Annual fee will waive 3 years "in terms of you have swipe 12 times". So after 3 years (No matter you have swipe more than 12 times), you still need to pay annual fee

D) Not the answer in this listed.. (Fill in the blank in here __________________________________________)

hi all, a question on the 0% BT program offered by Affin.

I get my Affin Duo back in Dec 2020 and applied the 0% BT the same time, lets say if I would like to apply it again (2nd time), I'm curious do I still consider as New-to-Bank customer in this case?

Affin BT doesn't need statement from the other bank credit card right?

can CC other ppl meh. i thought bank negara complain need to use their form.

Maybe he wrote a complaint to Affin general CS and CC BNM using bnmtelelink@bnm.gov.my.

Filling form is really turning me off especially physical form and have to either scan back or fax back.

It seems I'm not the only one experiencing "traditional" way of banking... lot of form and visits to bank.
Somehow i went back to branch today, that guy passed me my card few days ago asked: Eh, that day u didn't register online meh?

wth...

Anyway, he promised to call me back and settle my phone number issue in their system, and he did call.
Tried first login just now, finally it works.
It just that no card are shown.
I guess I need to wait few days?
