Just logged in, seems they changed something. Now when you hover the mouse over card, a bar appear at the bottom of the screen. Need to click the view account. Unable to select which card to view as well.

^ I had to try several times to actually click the bar before it disappear. Very troublesome. Simple thing but need surgical like precision to maneuver sweat.gif .

I had an issue over something since ~1 month ago. 2 weeks ago, I already told them that I am going to lodge a complain to BNM if the matter is dragged. I think they didn't take me seriously.

So today I lodged a complaint to BNM and CC the PIC. Within an hour, the PIC replied saying that the outcome will be known today and after several hours, I was informed of the outcome. So sometimes, need to nudge them.

It's been quite sometime since my last complaint to BNM and I was quite surprise that a BNM officer called me to follow up on my complaint, on the same day itself.

Can. All this while, BNM will use email to correspond with me. So I am very surprise to actually get a call from them for the first time. I almost thought it's a scam when she first introduced herself as from BNM.

Anyway, regardless of the complaint, I still have to say that Affin CS is one of the easiest to reach out to and the officers do actually follow up and solve problems. Just don't know what happened this time, maybe stuck at the management approval side.
