I need to stop requesting banks to reduce my CL 

Will disappear one ah if rejected? Mine still "pending", still got hope then..

Total CL x5% (or outstanding balance whichever higher) is another risk factor that some banks may consider when you apply for a new credit facility (other than CC).
Better to request card issuers to reduce CL, I had done so for some CC CL.

Is it must walk in to the branch for application of affin credit card? Could we apply through affin website and submit the document through email?

Submitted online form yesterday and received a call from personal number claiming to be banker and asked to sign on page 6 of PDS and whatsapp back, is that ok to do so?

I think it is the branch issue, she submitted already that's why CCRIS is already showing pending but no progress.
Anyway, my intuition says I won't go through this round.

Finally got a call from Affin... Telling me it cannot be sent to residential address (Seremban) and must be my office address in KL...

Then I told her I will only go back to office once a month, so it is really difficult to coordinate if it is sent to my office address... I can hear her reluctance over the phone and I finally gave in said if really cannot then send to office... She said she will try first with residential address, if cannot then office address. Will let me know.

i submitted last Tuesday when sales called me
i email back signed form and she filled in the form for me
i attached income tax doc
when I saw here sales came to you all took biometric
then i asked her
she then came to me on thursday got biometric but she told me she already submitted
friday again she whatsapp me about my hometown address
then i change to kl address and choose collect at branch
until yesterday i called ivr also information mismatch
today morning still the same but afternoon said processing
5.28pm cs called to verify then i checked eccris cl is low
7pm when i called ivr it said approved already then again checked eccris cl increase a bit

while my mum submitted to branch in hometown on tuesday as well
then they asked for detailed income tax form
she whatsapp them at night
wednesday said submit to hq
then i keep calling ivr daily information mismatch
till yesterday called ivr check for my mum said sorry we unable to process your request
today morning ivr same unable to process request
evening time ivr said rejected...
surprisingly 24k requirement card my mum got rejected, her income higher than me

maybank gave reason commission earner the commission not count

Out of curiosity, called CS to check what are the cards got approved. My guts feeling said maybe only Duo or VS was approved... I was right! VS was approved and no information about Duo.

Anyway, I said that is so funny as I applied Duo via online only a sales person came to get thumb print and I applied VS through her.. So, how is that possible? CS asked for the date I applied online and said will check and call me back again, I hope Duo can be easily added since the income requirement is lower than VS. Hopefully can be applied over the phone later.

For those applied two cards, make sure you check to confirm if both cards are approved. Even my sales person also felt strange as she submitted two applications for me.

And I will add my story here, I went out of my office for 5 minutes came back to see that the pending RM8,000 on eCCRIS has gone missing!

Some people said disappeared means rejected... Check via IVR...
CS just called back and confirmed there is no application for Duo. I told her I'm not in KL, don't ask me to take thumb print verification again.. Then, she gave an email address and asked me to drop an email to try adding via email.. At the same time, my sales person will check with the person that did submission.

At least, the application is approved, so it shouldn't be that difficult to get Duo but just pray hard on the thumb print part...

Received affin duo card

I called my branch guy and he told me the reason for my rejection is my card O/S is too high and suggested I reduce the amount. 
Well I know the O/S will be coming down in the next 2 months because the bulk is instalment payment/BT programme over 6 months/12 months !  So I will try to re-apply again.
How I envy those having received approvals.
