I had activated my affin online account last week, just to view my credit card account

But surprisingly I am only able to view my credit card statement balance amount outstanding balance amount, and payment due date .

There is no transaction details when I clicked inside “view account”

Anyone experience this also?

Yes I did make some transactions since mid Oct.

Select october, november and recent in the “period” there also show no details breakdown.

Yes I did click “search” . Also tried click that download button and the pdf I download is blank in details.

Normally the transaction record and details will be updated on the second date right?

i am thinking how to use RM2667 next month at ewallet to get RM80 cash rebate...
Boost had limited the top up from CC and stop this for SSPN, Opus purchasing.
TNG had banned me for using CC to top up.
so far i only think about big pay (RM1k max), Shopee pay (i only use RM1k per month)...
have a few other cash rebate CC too... but cannot find where to use to earn the cash rebate if possible.
any thought or suggestion?

i dont think is abused,
TNG did not state in black and white in advanced that withdraw will get banned but they did it.

Hi guys, I had the affin duo cards(visa & master) for quite few years but I didn’t really use these 2 cards frequently for 1 year, especially the master card I never used it. is it possible I can request to cancel the duo master card only and keep the Visa card? Or had to cancel both cards together?
