I have just added an online application form at the post above.
Not sure if this form comes after I told them to improve on the BT process or not, as I have been waiting for the call and the T&C was not available, etc... but the CS provided me with this a day after. A major step, better than BT application by other banks, though it would be better if it is integrated within Affin online portal.
