Damn, mine also activated and spend RM300 on 15/7 same date as you but didn't get any RM30. Should call CS and see sad.gif

Got mine Activation Cash Back RM30 as well at 7 October 2020

Totally forgot that I should get my first CB yesterday. Fuss free with this card, RM 80 received. thumbup.gif

Without app, I really can't remember to login to check my stuff. However, I didn't receive any statement via email. How long does it take to be sent to users?

since July 2020 after they reshuffle the statement dates, seems to be +2 days.

should be tomorrow via email.

apart from BigPay, any other ewallet can transfer fund to bank account? as i know that shopee pay very strict on fund transfer to bank.

All the while you can't use credit card to top up Razerpay.
I used Public Bank Debit card (for campaign cashback) to top up Razerpay at that time, not much promotions at that time (not like this year, a lot of offers now) so I cash-out before the withdrawal service was suspended.
