B. can request to send to house credit card, or need revisit bank?
C. how to activate card and change pin after receive credit card at house?
D. anyone succeed only apply Affin Duo Visa (cashback)? and cancel Affin Duo Mastercard (rewards)?
or dont activate Affin Duo Mastercard in order not to get charged SST?

Just noticed I have received RM 30 activation cash back on 31.12 in Visa Duo.

I am definitely not NTB since I've gotten VS back in May 2020, and already gotten the rebate in Jul 2020.

my own Duo not eligible for Activation Cashback (expected).

also as shared earlier here, my Duo doesnt have SST (cashback card) or SST+waiver (reward), guess it follows VS' SST cycle (month of May) although Duo's expiry is on Sep (printed)

actually not much difference anyway.

NTB get charged SST 25 but get activation cashback 30 for year1.

i expect i'd get SST charged "earlier" in May 2021, although i gotten the Duo in Sep 2020.

if you can utilize/access >1 Quantum Visa, then Affin VS is a waste/underutilized.... unless all your Quantum Visa overutilized 

if you're only using 1 Quantum Visa, but always overutilized, then Affin VS is a good backup (but still useless to wave >RM250 per transaction for large purchases  )

are u existing customer? for the form u submitted to branch and did biometric verification? the officer that handle my application sent me a pdf form that strike out all other options except pick up from branch....

ok. he said biometric verification to confirm i am the real applicants even though i am exisiting customer. i am going to get another officer. 😂

The key factor is where you pay the assessment tax.
If you pay at Government, the card machine is Government MCC, you won't get CB.
