My affin duo reaching 4th year soon. Annual fee will be charged starting 4th year unless there are 12 swipes in a year. My Affin reward card is under utilised in drawer. Can I just pay TNB RM1 x 12 to satisfy the 12x retail requirement? I'm just trying to prevent paying the annual fee.

do after anniversary, then make full payment also. at least dont have to keep track of this card for the whole year, until next anniversary 

I tried to do the same, after 4 attempts cannot reload anymore.

I am making 2 paywave transaction using my affin duo + visa card. However i did not get any cashback. is it the cashback will be credit on the same statement or next statement?

does Affin Duo have pledging option for normal individual? or it is same as the Millennials condition?

I've received my DUO card, love the design of the card.
Activated the VISA card only, thanks to the advise from the members here.

To my surprise, it came with the BHP mastercard which I didn't apply.
I rejected it but they said need wait for 6months and call-to-cancel.

I called CS to verify and they said can cancel but I have to wait 3 - 4 weeks after the cancelation period, only can apply for my DUO+

When i applied mortgage, it came with 3 Affin CC.

1. World Master
2. DUO Visa
3. DUO master

I already activated 2 and 3, didn't activate 1.
Can I call to cancel 1 and 3, only keep 2? TQ

supposedly online purchase x 12 times should be eligible for annual fee waiver right?

Mastercard put to sleep since 2020

last week saw Annual Fee RM75 in MC
called CS request waiver, asked to spend RM300, ok can swipe to get AF waived no problem

it seems  1st  3 yrs no AF so i also forgotten about that MC. Now AF starts.

But CS said that  MC had been blocked due to  reported card loss some time ago. actually the card is not lost, is here with me.

To swipe i need to get replacement card and pay RM50, cannot waive this penalty RM50.

what logic card sudah blocked , cant use, no replacement , Affin  charged RM75 for Annual fee now???

Last i remember, cannot get CB and Setel hard to transact with many other QR.

This morning I went to branch enquire about this,they told me no more sending out notification, get fraud just report. What a lousy bank. Lol

Eh...it's been a while since I access the app and website so I think mine got deactivated. But when I tried to activate it, key in my credit card number and press "Continue" then nothing happen...anyone experience this or did I do anything incorrectly?

I am interested in both Affin DUO and DUO+ for cash back.

I talked to someone in Affin bank branch. They told me Affin has a policy of issuing max 3 credit cards per customer, which mean I cannot apply for both DUO and DUO+ as that would be 4 cards.

Is this 3 cards policy real? I wonder should I go to ask another Affin branch.
