after checking, both card got one transaction of Ann Fee Waiver on 14th Sep, which i believe is the date of cc approval.
then in red card, on 25th Sep, there is debit RM25 SST then in the same date credit RM25 SST, but in blue card dont have any SST transaction at all
guess no SST for cash back card(blue card)?

i signed up for online banking at the branch. came back to register for login.

after successful login and sign up. all i see in my dashboard is 0 credit card(s). anyone had the same problem? if not, gotta start calling customer service.

I just walked in to branch, the visa signature looks like a good deal too, 3 % contactless cash back for all excluding government and charity transaction, submitted my application for this and also Duo.
