no checkup or register buku merah at kkia, wife already 29 weeks

initial we planned to go kkia to checkup and register pink book when week 12 although we plan to deliver at private hosp.
When we arrived our near KKIA, we found that KKIA got do covid 19 test and damn worry.... is it ok not to have buku merah because we don't take risk to go KKIA? |
