 Creatine level not in normal range, Is 99mmol/L kidney failure 1/2/3rd level

Hi,

Recently I gt take blood test. Creatine level is 99 mmol/L. Doctor said is no good and ask me do more exercise. Never say is what level of criticality. I tried to search tht 0.01-0.12 mmol/L is normal. 99 is like exceeding a lot. Nd some good advise.

Like wrong measurement ? Your kidney have issue?

i dont think so. Feels normal , not really any sickness. but 99mmol/L is it very high or medium high or ...

Here attached is my blood result. I think the unit is different. I believe your 99 is umol/l instead of mmol/l. u=micro, m=mili.
My result stated normal range for creatinine is 49-90 ummol/l.
Your doctor should have explained better.

It's written as 99mmol/L. But i think is less than the normal value not more
