Finished my Medicos, now using Neutrovis (about half the price of Medicos).

Softness and skin feel: Medicos is NO. 1
Due to face structure, Medicos tends to slide off when I talk a lot.

Neutrovis: softness/ skin feel is quite close to Medicos, no poking/ scratchy feeling. Fit my face structure better than Medicos.

Quality: not quite sure but I think Medicos has more 'certification'

Just tried another popular brand in Singapore - Wistech. It is the worst mask i've wore, too-tight, bad stitching, constant poking/ scratchy feel on the face, super coarse materials.
