Not much, different brand and formulation. Yomeishu is better marketed in Malaysia.

Both are sold as medicinal tonic.

I took DOM regularly before. Two weeks in can feel i can function normally on days where I've less than optimal sleep rather than feeling lethargic all day.

Mother did take it but now not anymore. I never thought about trying it tho.
