I don’t know what’s happening in 3G sunset so far I guess only Celcom switched off 3G completely

I’m planning purchase second sim on my phone since Maxis been horrible for too long now. Is Celcom is good? I heard they been good in places where Maxis struggles.
Pain for paying e wallet in indoors where maxis still not fixing it Damn 3G shutdown too early. |
