OS Installing XP with MassStorage(SATA/RAID) Drivers, Can't find HDD in XP Setup ??

sir, if i have win xp already install, do i nd those driver pack OR just plug and setup in disk management. sorry for my question because i'm doing google, get some help in LCN since this morning. i decide to do it on my own rather than carry my cpu to computer shop. i need clarification before i go on and buy things.
