guys, i need abit of help here. last week, i just got a deal for another harddisk which has the same capacity as my old one.the old one already has win Vista installed and all my programs are there.
Since now i got another harddisk with the same capacity, i wish to setup RAID 0 to increase performance since my CPU cant be overclocked much already due to heat issues and reliability.
My question is: Can I still create a RAID array without reformatting my current win Vista?
Can I use Norton Ghost to image my current win Vista onto the 2nd harddisk and set up RAID (using disk to disk)?
I've checked my mobo, and yes it supports RAID.
Old harddisk: 250GB Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 (1 partition with Win Vista 32 bit OS)
New harddisk: 250GB Western Digital RE3 (empty)
I read my motherboard manual about this also but it only teaches how to do create RAID array before installing Windows. If possible, i dont wish to reformat my current Win Vista harddisk
