Just want to know, is this SATA driver for all types of SATA drive?
Cause I also have SATA drive on the HP laptop... Don't know which driver to use.

Hi, I have successfully slipstream the SATA driver into my copy of Windows XP. I notice that there's winnt.sif files in the folder I386. So, I am going to make an unattended install XP however, the unattended Install should also be name winnt.sif.
So, how do I merge this files so that they can run unattended while maintaining the installation of SATA driver?
Is there any way I can test the install before decided to burn it into CD?

Hi SubKi||er,
Here is what I've done. First, I created the unattended install call winnt.sif. Then I copy the file into the I386 folder. Then I slipstream the SATA drivers.

Below are the results.

;SetupMgrTag
[Data]
AutoPartition=0
UnattendedInstall="Yes"
MsDosInitiated=No

[Unattended]
UnattendMode=FullUnattended
OemSkipEula=Yes
OemPreinstall=No

EncryptedAdminPassword=No
OEMSkipRegional=1

[GuiRunOnce]
Command0=%SystemRoot%\system32\dfrg.msc
command9="%SystemDrive%\DPsFnshr.exe"

Is The SATA Location Correct?
