Other than using steroid cream, are there any ways to heal eczema? I have some on my back, and legs around the ankle area.
I used to use steroid cream like corticosteroid and it is very effective, I put the previous night, and next morning less itchy. But got side effects like it would thin the skin right? So I don't use steroid cream often.
But if don't use often, it will come back after a while.
So what's a good way to heal eczema? And any doctors or specialists u all can recommend to consult and let them have a look at the skin?
From my personal experience, steroid can only suppress the symptoms for temporary, and it will thin our skin. Over time ur skin may also develop steroid withdrawal symptoms once u stop relying on steroid. Even the dermatologist's advice is to avoid food and items that flare up ur eczema, and to moisturise ur skin often. So you gotta find out what triggers ur eczema through 'trial and error' as we are exposed to so many things everyday.
While doing the above, you can try this supplement to boost your immune system in the long term. SHIRUTO is proven to improve eczema.
