I am a seller of property and the banker's from buyer side requesting me to furnish my original purchase S&P to buyer's banker.
This is the first time I heard about this. Is this a requirement that I need to full fill as a seller? Really make no sense to me why banker want to see my previous S&P.

If you are selling a highrise unit without strata title, is a requirement for bank to verified property details. If you have a copy of title, then SnP not required. To provide seller sales purchase agreement to the bank is need to check property title and address. If is purchase from developer, and individual title haven't issue yet, then SNP is to show master title detail.
