HELLO evrybody.my story today is ive been cheated by somebody in ebay.com.my.he cheated me for new nokia n95 for rm1200.and i pay deposit rm500 for that item.i report this to ebay but they wont to responsible because im not doing this on their website.can u guys help me to resolve this

go make police report.Give the police the seller's details.Hopefully they can help you...

if you have all his bank detail and all the email and chat log conversation , make a police report and then bring your police report to freeze this guys account .. look at one of the LYN topic from godlove ....he manage to find out the conman and force him to return back the money but doing police report and freeze his bank account ..

do u have his IM like MSN or Yahoo msgr address? if gt ... when see him online... scan his IP with ipscanner... n send the ip to Cyber Police...

they will pwn him down in minutes with enough evidence la!

Ebay.my it's a place to avoid, anyone can have many User IDs. It's not secured as in lelong's.

the thing that u only can do is report to police...

Nope, the N95 set the seller claim to be selling doesn't exist if it does it's not for sale as he use it to con people.

Anyway RM1200 for an N95 is too good to be true now.
