Hi, I am not sure if this is the right place to ask, sorry if I say anything wrong I am wondering how much does it cost to commission a single piece anime drawing? Can I get a quality like this with a budget of 2000 ringgit ? I have the content or image that I want in my mind , just need an artist to turn it into a drawing

Or maybe is 2k budget too high for a single drawing? I dont know i have no clue how this industry works
